How do I care for my chocolate?

We want your chocolate to stay fresh in in the best possible condition! To do so please follow our care instructions. DO NOT refrigerate your chocolate. Store in a cool, dry place.

How do we pick up our order?

Order pick up day is set during our pre-sales. Please be sure that you can pickup during the specified time as we cannot hold orders that are not picked up.

We currently do not offer shipping. Local Pick Up is available in Livermore, Ca. 

Due to the fragile nature of our products and sensitivity to the elements we do not place your order out for pick up until the confirmed pick up time.

What is the allergy information for your products?

Bluebirds Chocolate is a cottage food business that bakes in a kitchen using ingredients that may be considered allergens. We cannot guarantee that all items do not contain the following allergens, including but are not limited to: dairy, eggs, nuts, peanuts, coconut, chocolate, wheat, or gluten.

Precautions should be taken for anyone who may have allergies to any of these products. By purchasing items from Bluebirds Chocolate you agree to hold seller harmless in the event of reactions caused by consumption of these products.

What is a Pre Order?

Preorders are products that are ordered PRIOR to the items being made, usually for special, limited releases. Turn around time for these items varies and an estimated ready date can be found in the description.

​Do you accept returns?

Due to the type of products that are sold by Bluebirds Chocolate we have a no return policy. Please reach out if there is an issue with your product and we can work on coming to a mutually agreeable solution.

Though we are on social media, messaging us on those platforms with orders & questions is unreliable and not recommended.
