Hi, I’m Larissa—the chocolatier, recipe developer, and confectionery artist behind Bluebirds Chocolate.

What began as a love for baking in childhood—complete with homemade chocolate chip cookies for my cookie and lemonade stand—has grown into a deeply refined craft and lifelong passion. While my academic path led me to study criminology, my heart has always belonged in the kitchen, creating, experimenting, and perfecting recipes.

Before becoming a mother, I spent years crafting handmade confections for family and friends, especially during the holidays. What started as gifts quickly became something more—requests for refills, custom orders, and eventually, the realization that this passion could become something meaningful and shared.

In 2020, I took the leap and officially launched Bluebirds Chocolate. Since then, my journey has evolved far beyond a cottage business. I have trained under some of the industry’s top chocolatiers and continue to refine my skills through advanced study, allowing me to approach chocolate not just as a treat—but as a true culinary art form.

At Bluebirds Chocolate, everything is crafted with intention. From signature ganaches and caramels to house-made marshmallows and specialty inclusions, each element is thoughtfully developed using my custom chocolate recipe and a commitment to exceptional quality.
